The community of Citadel is located in the Northwest of Calgary and is bordered by Stoney Trail to the North and West and Country Hills Blvdon the south with Sarcee Trail to the east.

 

Citadel is one of the newer Calgary communities to buy a home in, having been established in 1993. The neighbourhood has an active community association and there are many green spaces for residents to enjoy. Residents enjoy the local outdoor skating rink, sport fields, and parks designed for local home owners.

 

There are a few schools which service the community. Citadel Park School is a K-3 public school and St. Bridget Elementary Junior High School is part of separate school system and is a K-9.
