Copperfield Community Info

Situated in the very far south-eastern part of the south-east quadrant of Calgary is the small community of Copperfield. Established in 2002, it is bounded by the Marquis of Lorne Trail (Highway 22) in the south, 52nd street to the west, the community of new Brighton to the north and the yet unnamed East Freeway to the west. Many of the houses were developed in 2004 and there is a great mix of affordable homes to move into here. There are plenty of recreational activities within easy reach of the community and it is currently represented by the ward 12 area of Calgary.

 

There are numerous opens spaces, parks and green areas to be enjoyed in the community making it the ideal location for families with children of all ages. Copperfield also has easy access to several elementary and high schools in neighbouring communities such as Deer Run.
