Springbank Hill Community Info

The community of Springbank Hill is one of the largest neighborhoods to be found in the whole of the city of Calgary. Located on the edge of the south-western quadrant, it is also one of the younger communities to be found here. The land on which Springbank Hill sits was integrated into Calgary in 1994 and development began in 1999. The community is still undergoing some development and at present it does not have its own community building although it has a very active community association. The neighborhood is bordered by the Stoney Trail Corridor to the west, 17th Avenue SW to the north, 69th Street SW to the east and the Glenmore Trail to the south. Springbank Hill is represented by Ward 6 in Calgary City Council.

 

There are several great advantages to moving to the fantastic community of Springbank Hill. The first is that the community has spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and the Foothills.
